The American Technical Service (ATS) service technician arrived on time and did an excellent job. I paid ATS to have a new garbage disposal that I purchased from Amazon installed. The technician did a very professional job and was very courteous & clean. I am very pleased with their work - and will use ATS in the future for any plumbing work that I need.

Great service. I was called earlier than the scheduled time to see if I wanted to push the appointment's meeting to an earlier time and I went with that option. The installer installed the new garbage disposal relatively quickly and took the time to make sure everything was in working order before leaving.

Short and sweet here... Couldn't be happier with American Technical Service. Technician was prompt, professional and extremely friendly. Installation was quick and easy despite some wiring issues with my previous disposal. Also had the control switch replaced for a nominal charge. Nothing but good things to say about this experience and ATS will certainly be at the top of my list if I need any other services.

Great Service.I called American Technical Service on a Sunday morning and told the receptionist that I had a problem and needed help. They were able to schedule me the same day even though it was Sunday. I had a water leak in my unit and needed help before it damage my carpet. The technician was really professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

Can not say what a great service provider this company is. Our Ac went out the night before our vacation and our home warranty company couldn't locate anyone to come fix the electrical issue last minute on a Saturday night. Found this company on yelp and called them and they came at 8:30 on a Saturday night . Detected the problem immediately, ran to Home Depot to buy broken fuse and fixed our Ac within the hour ! Great service , highly recommend!!
